Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IAM
  • Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform implementation, enhancement, integration, governance, optimization, and operational support.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing bidirectional, real-time user identity synchronization between Oracle IAM, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in integrating Oracle IAM with internal business applications (e.g., JISR HR Solution, Internal Administration Portal).
  • Experience integrating Oracle IAM with third-party applications and cloud services (e.g., Slack, Jira).
  • Skilled in developing, customizing, and maintaining identity governance workflows, approval processes, role management, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Experience in configuring access governance controls and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Ability to develop standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reports for compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in routine administration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance of IAM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices, Oracle implementation standards, and security/governance requirements.
  • Excellent technical documentation, configuration guide, and operational procedure preparation skills.
  • Ability to conduct knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize bidirectional, real-time user identity synchronization between Oracle IAM, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), and Google Workspace, ensuring consistent identity information, automated lifecycle management, and minimal synchronization latency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain seamless integration of Oracle IAM with the organization's internal and custom developed applications, namely JISR (HR Solution) and the Internal Administration Portal, ensuring near 100% service availability, real-time identity synchronization, automated user provisioning and de-provisioning, role-based access assignments, and enhanced access provisioning workflows with minimal manual intervention.
  • Integrate Oracle IAM with enterprise applications and cloud services, including but not limited to Slack, Jira, and other standard third-party applications, enabling automated identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (where applicable), and centralized access governance.
  • Develop, customize, maintain, and continuously enhance identity governance workflows, approval processes, role management, segregation of duties (SoD) and workflows to align with organizational security policies and operational requirements.
  • Configure Oracle IAM to ensure that all user access requests, modifications, and revocations are processed strictly through approved governance workflows. The Consultant shall implement appropriate controls to achieve full compliance with the organization's access governance policies and ensure that no access is provisioned outside authorized approval mechanisms.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reports for compliance monitoring, user access reviews, access reporting, certification campaigns, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting. The Consultant shall also enable audit activities by configuring automated technical evidence and reporting capabilities from the IAM platform.
  • Perform routine administration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, configuration updates, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the Oracle IAM platform remains secure, stable, and fully operational.
  • Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on training for the organization's operational and support teams. The Consultant shall provide prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices to enable effective long-term management and support of the deployed Oracle IAM solution.
  • Deliver all services in accordance with industry best practices, Oracle implementation standards, and the organization's security and governance requirements, ensuring a secure, scalable, resilient, and fully governed identity and access management environment.
