About The Position

10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate progress in artificial intelligence. We are looking for knowledgeable IAM experts based in the EU or UK to help train AI systems in identity governance, access control, regulatory compliance, and IAM best practices. This is a freelance role where you will use your expertise to enhance next-generation AI models, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote, project-based work.

Requirements

Experienced IAM consultant with a solid background in identity and access management
Based in the EU or UK
In-depth understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver structured feedback
Available 8–20 hours per week
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

Responsibilities

Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks
Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance
Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your IAM experience
Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation
Identify and explain gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing structured, actionable feedback
Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards
