IAM Business Analyst

Requirements
- Proven experience in IAM process and lifecycle management
- Strong business analysis and requirements management abilities
- Proficiency in IAM data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with access governance and entitlement analysis
- Demonstrated skills in risk analysis and gap assessment
- Ability to create detailed playbooks and runbooks
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- No bachelor’s degree required
Nice To Haves
- Advanced IAM domain expertise
- Experience with IAM repositories and data hubs
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and modern authentication models
- Background in data governance and reporting/dashboard development
- Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements
- Project delivery experience in IAM or related fields
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and optimize IAM lifecycle processes, including provisioning, rotation, and revocation
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks for onboarding, support, and recovery
- Create comprehensive IAM implementation playbooks for internal teams
- Identify and map privileged users, roles, and entitlements
- Merge, normalize, and analyze datasets from diverse IAM, application, and system sources
- Map users to systems and classify control planes and platforms
- Conduct gap analysis, risk scoring, and detect inconsistencies in access management
- Deduplicate and reconcile data across platforms to ensure data integrity
- Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications based on findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM strategy and execution across teams
