Requirements

  • Proven experience in IAM process and lifecycle management
  • Strong business analysis and requirements management abilities
  • Proficiency in IAM data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience with access governance and entitlement analysis
  • Demonstrated skills in risk analysis and gap assessment
  • Ability to create detailed playbooks and runbooks
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • No bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced IAM domain expertise
  • Experience with IAM repositories and data hubs
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust and modern authentication models

Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and optimize IAM lifecycle processes, including provisioning, rotation, and revocation
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks for onboarding, support, and recovery
  • Create comprehensive IAM implementation playbooks for internal teams
  • Identify and map privileged users, roles, and entitlements
  • Merge, normalize, and analyze datasets from diverse IAM, application, and system sources
  • Map users to systems and classify control planes and platforms
  • Conduct gap analysis, risk scoring, and detect inconsistencies in access management
  • Deduplicate and reconcile data across platforms to ensure data integrity
  • Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications based on findings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM strategy and execution across teams
