About The Position

This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock. The architect will be responsible for developing identity journeys, authentication flows, access policies, integrations, and lifecycle workflows. This is a hands-on role requiring development, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of IAM components. The position also includes integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise systems and providing technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements

• Experience with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock.
• Proficiency in developing identity journeys, authentication flows, access policies, integrations, and lifecycle workflows.
• Hands-on experience in development, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of IAM components.
• Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications, directories, APIs, and authentication/security platforms.
• Skills in troubleshooting authentication, authorization, synchronization, and integration issues.
• Ability to conduct code/technical reviews.
• Understanding of security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, application, infrastructure).
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, and architecture guidance.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, releases, and production implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise IAM solutions using Ping Advanced Identity Cloud / ForgeRock.
• Develop identity journeys, authentication flows, access policies, integrations, and lifecycle workflows.
• Perform hands-on development, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Ping/ForgeRock components.
• Integrate IAM with enterprise applications, directories, APIs, and authentication/security platforms.
