About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with over 10 years of experience to support and manage enterprise privacy and identity-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting first-party (1P) privacy solutions, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of privacy platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM or Privacy Architecture.
- Strong expertise in DataGrid.
- Experience with DSR Services.
- Hands-on experience with DataScan.
- Knowledge of DataMap.
- Experience with Insights Reporting.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise privacy and identity management platforms.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant IAM Architect or Privacy Architecture experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and Tier 1 support for all first-party (1P) privacy services.
- Manage and support DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, and Insights Reporting.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the IcM Data Agent for manual DSR requests.
- Manage and resolve incidents (IcMs) assigned to the Data Agent Support team.
- Respond to privacy-related queries through Email, Stack Overflow, and IcM.
- Create and update Technical Support Guides (TSGs) and operational documentation.
- Review and correct documentation issues reported by customers.
- Monitor team performance using metrics and prepare monthly improvement reports.
- Support privacy partners by providing guidance and promoting awareness of privacy services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve privacy operations and service delivery.
