About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join our team for a long-term remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a focus on architecture and user provisioning. This role involves designing and implementing robust IAM solutions, integrating with HRIS systems, and modernizing legacy environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Strong IAM Architecture and User Provisioning experience.
• Proven experience designing enterprise identity lifecycle and provisioning solutions.
• Strong experience integrating HRIS/SIS platforms such as Workday, Banner, or comparable enterprise systems with IAM platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience designing provisioning solutions using SCIM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and provisioning best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience modernizing legacy IAM environments, custom provisioning solutions, and manual workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise identity lifecycle and provisioning solutions.
• Integrate HRIS/SIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Banner) with IAM platforms.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync.
• Develop provisioning solutions using SCIM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL, and automation tools.
• Modernize legacy IAM environments, custom provisioning solutions, and manual workflows.
• Ensure strong understanding and application of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and provisioning best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues.
• Document IAM solutions and processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
