About The Position

The Israeli-American Council (IAC) is seeking a National Program Manager to support the national implementation of its Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement programs. This role is crucial for the day-to-day execution, regional support, coordination with providers and partners, logistics, supplemental content development, tracking, and follow-through of these vital programs. The National Program Manager will report to the National Senior Director of Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, project management, education, content development, operations, or community engagement, preferably within nonprofit, educational, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content adaptation skills, with the ability to tailor educational materials for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience using trackers, dashboards, implementation plans, and process management tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographic regions.
  • Proven ability to build productive working relationships with staff, facilitators, volunteers, educators, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms (such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Fluent English required, including excellent reading, writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Israeli-American community, Israel education, Jewish identity, teen leadership, or Jewish communal organizations strongly preferred.
  • Fluent Hebrew required, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the national rollout, coordination, and implementation of the IAC Magen Teens/Fellowship program across all IAC regions.
  • Coordinate program logistics, implementation timelines, training schedules, communications, and ongoing follow-up activities.
  • Develop, adapt, organize, and distribute educational content, facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, implementation tools, and training resources aligned with program objectives and regional needs.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for regional teams, facilitators, volunteers, and other program stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support facilitator, volunteer, and regional staff trainings led by the Senior Director or designated trainers.
  • Provide ongoing implementation support to regional staff and facilitators, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and follow-up.
  • Monitor program participation, attendance, implementation progress, and regional engagement to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate IAC Magen Teens/Fellowship educational experiences, including: escape rooms, interactive workshops, and related teen leadership activities.
  • Manage relationships and day-to-day communications with approved educators, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with schools, synagogues, camps, Jewish Federations, youth movements, and other community organizations supporting program delivery.
  • Identify implementation gaps and emerging regional needs and recommend supplemental materials, tools, or adaptations.
  • Coordinate and support educational programming, logistics, and partner engagement for the IAC Summit.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of Summit-related educational initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain program dashboards, implementation trackers, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting tools.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc program status reports for leadership.
  • Monitor program implementation, participation, deliverables, regional progress, and follow-up activities.
  • Proactively identify implementation risks, delays, operational challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze participant, facilitator, and regional feedback to support continuous program improvement and future planning.
  • Coordinate program calendars, implementation schedules, registration processes, attendance tracking, and participant communications.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, reports, educational resources, and logistical support for trainings and events.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal staff, facilitators, parents, teens, educators, vendors, and community partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • Maintain accurate program records and documentation within the organization's CRM, Monday.com, MAGEN platform, Summit systems, and other organizational databases.
  • Ensure all approved program materials, templates, implementation guides, and educational resources remain current, organized, and readily accessible to regional teams.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, staff trainings, regional events, national conferences, and other organizational initiatives as assigned.
