The I.T. Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of all Desktop/Laptop related activities, the Line Side Labeling system, and Help Desk activities (Tier I, II, III). This role involves providing support for various operating systems, applications, hardware, and emerging specialty systems. The specialist will also conduct new hire orientation training and continuing education for associates accessing the computer network.
