Directs and manages staff in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical power and utility systems, to ensure a safe, comfortable, operating environment. Essential Job Responsibilities: Identifies current and future electrical requirements by establishing a rapport with management, engineering, production personnel, technicians, and other persons in a position to understand electrical requirements. Ensures production operations by determining work priorities, scheduling repair and maintenance, of Well site automation. Supports product development and improvement by reviewing new product plans, discussing equipment needs and modifications. Directs Instrumentation & Electrical operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Assists with the planning, scheduling, and implementation of construction, maintenance, and operating activities of the plant/field. Receive training higher level employees on how to perform the duties of maintenance, construction, and repair of Automation and other company equipment. Assists Production operators, as needed. Maintains employee confidence and protects corporate assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed. Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation. Supports company vision and mission. Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings. Other Job Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned by management.
