About The Position

Supports projects, installs and maintains facility instrumentation, to ensure a safe, comfortable, operating environment. This role involves identifying current and future Instrumentation/Controls requirements by establishing rapport with various personnel, ensuring production operations by scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of controls equipment, and supporting product development and improvement by reviewing new product plans and coordinating activities. The position requires supporting and maintaining Electronic, Mechanical, and Pneumatic instrumentation of various types and manufacturers, as well as Facility Automation and SCADA Equipment. Adherence to company values, vision, and mission, along with maintaining a work schedule and attendance standards, is expected.

Requirements

One (1) years minimum experience required in instrumentation maintenance.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks for extended periods of time.
Ability to effectively communicate.
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Ability to accurately solve problems.
Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
Ability to travel to remote locations via large and small planes, helicopter or boat, and ability to don and doff immersion suit.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Oil and gas field experience preferred.

Responsibilities
