About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an I&E Electrician for industrial electrical and instrumentation work in the Memphis, TN area. This is a full-time contract position involving industrial/plant support work, with a schedule and overtime that may vary by site needs. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating industrial electrical systems and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical and instrumentation experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with low/medium-voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation
• Experience with process instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, schematics, and controls documentation
• Comfort working in plant, mill, manufacturing, chemical, paper, food, or heavy industrial environments
• Reliable transportation to the Memphis, TN area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and process equipment
• Calibrate, service, and troubleshoot instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices
• Read P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and controls documentation
• Support preventive maintenance, planned outages, shutdowns, and plant reliability work
• Coordinate safely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership
