About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an I&E Electrician for industrial electrical and instrumentation work in the Cape Girardeau, MO area. This is a full-time contract position supporting industrial/plant operations. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems within various heavy industrial environments.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical and instrumentation experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with low/medium-voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation
• Experience with process instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, schematics, and controls documentation
• Comfort working in plant, mill, manufacturing, chemical, paper, food, or heavy industrial environments
• Reliable transportation to the Cape Girardeau, MO area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and process equipment
• Calibrate, service, and troubleshoot instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices
• Read P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and controls documentation
• Support preventive maintenance, planned outages, shutdowns, and plant reliability work
• Coordinate safely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership
