About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a I&E Electrician for industrial electrical and instrumentation work in the Iowa City, IA area. This is a full-time contract position involving industrial/plant support work. The schedule and overtime may vary by site needs. The role requires troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and process equipment. It also involves calibrating, servicing, and troubleshooting instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices. The electrician will read P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and controls documentation. Responsibilities include supporting preventive maintenance, planned outages, shutdowns, and plant reliability work, as well as coordinating safely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical and instrumentation experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability with low/medium-voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation
• Experience with process instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, schematics, and controls documentation
• Comfort working in plant, mill, manufacturing, chemical, paper, food, or heavy industrial environments
• Reliable transportation to the Iowa City, IA area
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
