About The Position
WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking an I&C Technician for a contract role during the Fall Outage of 2026. Training will be provided in July 2026, with subsequent work assignments at multiple nuclear sites. This role is part of an innovative team focused on providing clean energy solutions.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
- Field cable installation work is required.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of similar work experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform instrumentation testing using digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and customer supplier equipment/simulators.
- Interpret drawings and implement test procedures.
- Operate electronic and electrical test equipment.
- Read and follow drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assemble/testing electronics units, applying knowledge of basic electronic theory and components.
- Learn, understand, and practice the appropriate quality, health, and safety procedures applicable to each work assignment.
