Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

ASE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Complete all repairs and maintenance services outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately while following dealership policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform thorough vehicle inspections, test drives, and diagnostic testing using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle components.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate updates and ensure customers are informed of recommended repairs and services.
Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs and communicate findings clearly.
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
