Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Import experience required)
• Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance
• Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical/electrical work on Hyundai vehicles
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation
• Lead by example — support and mentor mid-level technicians as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain factory-level standards for quality, performance, and productivity
• Participate in ongoing Hyundai training and stay current with evolving technology
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
