About The Position

Fit Factory is a 6 location health club brand that offers a luxury studio experience at an affordable price point. We are dedicated to serving our members, empowering our team, and supporting our communities. We are seeking experienced coaches for our HYROX Program, specifically to teach morning classes. HYROX involves constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity, incorporating weightlifting, functional training, and monostructural elements like running, rowing, and biking. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes progressive, safe, and fun workouts suitable for all fitness levels, with a focus on achieving results. Classes are conducted in a 3,500 sq. ft. dedicated space equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and other essential HYROX training equipment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong knowledge and experience with functional training.
6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred.
Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s).
Minimum 1-2 recent work references.

Nice To Haves

HYROX Coach Certification preferred (or equivalent functional fitness coaching experience).

Responsibilities

Coaching and leading athletes through daily programmed workouts.
Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.
Logging athletes into class before/after class.
