Hyrox Coach / Certified Trainer
About The Position
Fit Factory is a 6-location health club brand offering a full-service, luxury studio experience at an accessible price point. We are seeking experienced coaches to join our HYROX Program and lead morning classes. HYROX involves constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity, incorporating weightlifting, functional training, and monostructural elements like running, rowing, and biking. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes progressive, safe, and fun workouts designed for all fitness levels, with a focus on achieving results. Training takes place in a dedicated room equipped with standard HYROX training equipment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience with functional training.
- 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred.
- Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s).
- Minimum 1-2 recent work references.
Nice To Haves
- HYROX Coach Certification preferred (or equivalent functional fitness coaching experience).
Responsibilities
- Coaching and leading athletes through daily programmed workouts.
- Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.
- Logging athletes into class before and after class.
