We are seeking an innovative and experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) professional to join our dynamic team. As the HyperX Peripherals Gaming NPI Lead, you will play a key role in delivering impactful sales enablement assets and driving successful product launches within our expanding portfolio of gaming peripherals. In this fast-paced role, you will be an essential part of the NPI team, responsible for crafting compelling product narratives that inform, inspire, and engage our stakeholders. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating channel enablement materials, engaging presentations, and comprehensive training sessions. You will oversee launch planning, develop executive-level presentations, manage NPI communications, and design key announce events to ensure seamless product introductions. This role will be based in Houston, TX or Fountain Valley, CA

Requirements

  • Passion for gaming and experience in the gaming industry.
  • Expertise in gaming hardware and software.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling stories that engage and inspire customers around gaming software.
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visually elevating product stories.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating sales enablement content and training materials.
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior management.
  • Skilled in conducting press briefings and interacting with media representatives.
  • Ability to host and present on product marketing and technical sales initiatives.
  • Strong Marketing Communications skills.
  • Proven cross-organizational agility, especially when collaborating with product managers, R&D teams, designers, external agencies, and platform teams.
  • Ability to manage and direct external agencies and vendors in the asset development process.
  • Strong persuasion skills across organizational boundaries, both horizontally and vertically.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong team player with a proactive, motivated, and curious mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • A solid background in sales enablement, training, go-to-market strategies, launch management, marketing, AR/PR, and product management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop core sales assets that ignite excitement and drive sales for software launches, emphasizing features, benefits, value propositions, target audiences, and competitive landscape—while considering market and channel dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with HyperX product management to create sales enablement materials and training resources for both internal teams and channel partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Worldwide Marketing, PR, Communications, Design, Creative agencies, and Software initiatives.
  • Create and execute sales and channel enablement content for software launches, including product refreshes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to bring go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials to life visually.
  • Serve as the spokesperson for HyperX Peripherals during launch announcements, press review workshops, and other key events.
  • Provide training to internal teams and channel partners as needed.
