About The Position

Member Experience and Studio Sales at Restore Hyper Wellness Clearwater. Our Clearwater studio serves one of the most diverse and loyal client bases in the area — from first-time wellness clients who need a little reassurance before they commit, to research-savvy professionals who are ready to go straight to a full protocol. Your job is to read the room from the moment someone walks in, meet them exactly where they are, and guide them toward the outcome that's right for them — not the biggest sale. This is a front-of-house role with real sales responsibility. On busy days you're engaging members, running consultations, and converting walk-ins. On slower days you're following up with leads, re-engaging lapsed members, and bringing people back through the door. You're never just sitting at a desk.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or client-facing role
• Emotionally intelligent — you can read a room and adjust your approach without being told to
• Patient with clients who need time to trust before they commit — and confident with clients who are ready to go
• Genuine personal investment in health and wellness — you use what you recommend
• Proactive on slow days — you generate activity, you don't wait for it
• Weekend availability and located near Clearwater

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and run personalized wellness consultations that match them to the right starting point
• Read each client's profile quickly and adapt your approach — some need risk-removal framing, some are ready to commit on Day 1
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and tours into long-term members through patient, consultative conversations
• Follow up with leads and lapsed members via phone, text, and email
• Keep existing members engaged — check in on their progress, introduce them to next-layer services, and build real relationships
• Support studio operations including check-ins, waivers, cleanliness, and day-to-day flow
