As a Hyper Wellness Representative, your primary responsibility is driving studio growth through membership sales, service upgrades, retail sales, and client retention. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through their wellness journey while delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in achieving ambitious goals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with documented success meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong closing skills and confidence discussing memberships, packages, and recurring services.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Membership sales experience in wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Experience with CRM, POS, or client management software.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed membership sales, retail sales, and revenue goals.
  • Conduct effective wellness consultations that identify client needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Confidently present memberships, packages, and service enhancements while overcoming objections.
  • Generate referrals, reactivations, upgrades, and renewals through proactive relationship building.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and inactive clients to drive conversions and retention.
  • Participate in community outreach, networking events, and local partnerships to generate new business.
  • Maintain detailed client notes and sales activity within company systems.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service during every interaction.
  • Lead engaging studio tours that educate prospective clients and inspire enrollment.
  • Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and wellness recommendations.
  • Build lasting relationships that increase client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Manage scheduling, inbound calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Support daily studio operations and maintain a clean, professional environment.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special events.
  • Ensure all client documentation, waivers, and profiles are accurately completed.
