The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in North Carolina, skilled in preventive and therapeutic procedures, and committed to providing patient-centered care. This role requires a high level of clinical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our doctors and team members. Schedule would be Tuesday through Thursday 7:30a - 4:00p . Requirements

Current and valid Dental Hygienist license.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in preventive, periodontal, and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time and support the operational needs of the practice.
Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
Available to work Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 - 4:00.

Responsibilities

Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and other preventive services.
Conduct oral health assessments and provide individualized patient education.
Expose, process, and evaluate radiographs and intraoral images.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
Adhere to OSHA, infection control, and all applicable safety standards.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Contribute to a positive and professional practice environment.
