About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hygienist to join a thriving private practice in a full-time, permanent position. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with a 4-day work week. As a Hygienist with our private practice client, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to patients. You will work closely with the dentist and other team members to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and maintain the practice's reputation for excellence. Requirements

Active state dental hygiene license
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships
Proficiency in using dental software and technology
Willingness to adapt and learn new techniques and procedures as needed

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral exams on patients of all ages
Take and develop dental x-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
Administer local anesthetics and apply fluoride treatments as needed
Assist the dentist with various procedures, including fillings and extractions
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Continuously strive for excellence and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
