About The Position

Rochester Midland Corporation is seeking a Hygiene Service Representative for our WellBeing Hygiene Division at our Disney customer location. In this role, you will drive to various locations within a specified area to service washroom equipment. Service is the heart of our business, so this candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, while building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty chemicals for food sanitation, water treatment, legionella control, facility maintenance, washroom hygiene services and industrial cleaning. Our WellBeing Hygiene division provides services to the customer’s facility via a scheduled frequency visits. Services offered include hand hygiene, odor control, feminine hygiene disposal, and many more. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best tools needed to help encourage healthy hygiene practices within their washroom, while ensuring a clean, odor-free space.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of route services experience preferred
  • Experience in sanitation and or restroom equipment care a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily service route effectively while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Perform lifting/pushing/pulling between 30 and 60lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
  • Ensure all services are completed to customer’s standard and they are satisfied.
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes are adjusted or changed.
  • Provide routine feedback to Service Supervisor and Director of Service with any customer concerns.
  • Develop positive relationships within current accounts while providing feedback to sales team on how new services could further support their facility’s needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of services offered, and how to install, remove, service and maintain equipment.
