This full-time role involves supporting the dental team, preparing treatment rooms, assisting with patient care and procedures, taking X-rays, educating patients on oral hygiene, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a dental or hygiene assistant
• Radiology certification in TN (required)
• High school graduate or GED Equivalent.
• Team Player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Tennessee RDA license and X-Ray certification

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental hygienist with patient care and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and process dental X-rays (TN radiography certification required)
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Keep accurate records and update medical histories
• Promote good oral hygiene through patient education
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
