About The Position

Advanced Family Dental is hiring an experienced Hygiene Assistant in Bedford, TX. The role is full-time with a schedule of Monday - Wednesday 8:45 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday 8:45 am - 4:00 pm, and some Fridays. The company seeks a professional to join their community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.

Requirements

Active Teexas dental assistant license
Dental Assistant training/school certification
2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Experience with digital software
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Recording data and Requesting records
Sterilization
Presenting hygiene treatments
Patient check in/out
Answers incoming calls to include new patients
Appointment scheduling
Patient follow ups
Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
