About The Position

This role involves high-end mechanical work, focusing on boilers, radiant heat, snow melt systems, mechanical rooms, and controls, particularly in complex systems and custom homes where craftsmanship is highly valued. Requirements

• 3+ years of hydronics, boiler, HVAC, or mechanical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Pride in clean, organized workmanship
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely in the field
• Ability to communicate professionally

Nice To Haves

• Experience with boilers, pumps, controls, radiant systems, and gas piping
• HVAC knowledge is a huge plus
• EPA Certification preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
• OSHA certifications or additional technical training
• Journeyman plumbing license or mechanical certifications

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install high-efficiency boilers
• Work on radiant in-floor heat systems
• Service snow melt systems
• Work on mechanical rooms and controls
• Perform gas piping installations
• Work on high-end custom homes
• Troubleshoot and repair complex hydronic systems
