About The Position

As the Hydro blasting Department Manager in Carlin, you'll lead one of the most critical industrial service operations in northern Nevada. You'll work directly with some of the mining industry's largest customers while leading crews that perform demanding, high-impact work every day. You'll own the department: its people, its projects, its profitability, and its reputation. This role isn't about babysitting operations. It's about building a department that consistently performs at a higher level than the competition. We're looking for builders who take ownership, build systems, create accountability, develop people, and hold the line when standards matter. Safety is paramount, and the safest operation is usually the most efficient and profitable. You'll be supported by an Area Manager who is invested in your success, receiving regular coaching, operational support, financial guidance, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
