As part of our NA Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' operations by ensuring their equipment is running at optimum levels, working with cutting-edge technology and tools, and supporting the performance of large-scale papermaking equipment at our customers' facilities across North America. You may even have the opportunity to travel overseas to support targeted projects, participate in machine start-ups, or assist in testing customer equipment to be delivered in North America. On a day-to-day basis, you might be traveling to customer sites to deliver critical hands-on support or providing remote troubleshooting assistance from our offices. At times, you may also support others in the field while you research and prepare for your own service calls. Our goal is to provide the highest level of commitment and service to our customers to move their production and performance forward. We are looking for individuals with a strong background both mechanically and have hydraulic experience. Even if you have strong mechanical skills but no previous work in the paper industry, we are willing to train and work with the right candidate. You will be part of a group of knowledgeable service experts who can provide support and guidance. What you'll need We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy learning new things.

Requirements

  • Strong hydraulics background
  • Mechanical and pneumatic background a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills required
  • Strong PC skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Self-motivated and enjoy learning new things

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to customer sites to deliver critical hands-on support
  • Providing remote troubleshooting assistance from our offices
