Requirements

Have a strong mechanical background, preferably with construction equipment experience.
Be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot under pressure.
Work effectively outdoors in varying conditions, including extreme weather and challenging terrains.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Be self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Possess a clean driving record and pass a background check.
Own or acquire the necessary tools prior to completion of training.
