Horizon Services, Inc. (HSI) is a nonprofit established in 1974 that offers addiction treatment with the goal of reducing substance use related challenges for people from all walks of life, including those from some of the most disenfranchised and marginalized communities. This position provides leadership, support, and oversight for all elements of the clinical work at our Project Eden program, including training & skill development, coaching, performance feedback, and enforcement of program rules. This position ensures adherence to all program and agency’s policies and procedures and assists Program Manager to develop and deliver high quality client care in accordance with Horizon Services standards and applicable federal, state, and county regulations. This is a supervisory and therapist hybrid position. This position will provide direct client services such as completing assessments, intakes, individual, family and group counseling, crisis support, educational trainings to school-based providers, as well as provide supervisory support such as documentation review, approval, curriculum development and clinical development.
