About The Position
The Hybrid Technician B provides equipment and manufacturing support. This involves installing equipment, picking up and delivering parts, and calibrating equipment.
Requirements
- Hands on experience performing wire bonding, die bonding and operating and monitoring furnace processes.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain production equipment in accordance with calibration schedules
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment as required
- Report issues to leadership including issues resolved, equipment repair and adjustments made
- Monitor, troubleshoot and validate circuits to specifications
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Handle product and equipment to meet quality standards
- Perform manual and automatic testing
- Perform laser trim on circuits
- Aid in installation of equipment and equipment, installation and setup of manufacturing equipment.
