Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (preferred, especially with children on the spectrum).
  • Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
  • Proficiency in supervision, including understanding of 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
  • Top-notch communication skills.
  • Ability to write effective reports.
  • Skills in managing a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

  • Experience with children on the spectrum in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to technicians in home-based settings.
  • Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 110 billable standard clients.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration and discussion.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date TB tests and BLS training.
