About The Position

The Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) contract provides prototype and operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers (SOCs), and support services. The contract performs satellite ground system and satellite operations center engineering, development, integration, and sustainment, and associated support services primarily at, but not limited to, the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex (RSC) at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Cybersecurity Lead provides full spectrum cybersecurity leadership across all HADES mission areas, including Ground Control, Ground Support, Jaguar, and hybrid cloud environments. This role ensures cybersecurity engineering, compliance, and defensive cyber operations are integrated across all RSC based system components. The position leads implementation of RMF, Zero Trust, accreditation, continuous monitoring, and cyber readiness activities to support mission assurance. The Cybersecurity Lead collaborates with engineering, software, sustainment, and operations teams to ensure secure design, operation, and modernization of ground architectures. The individual serves as the government’s principal cybersecurity interface, ensuring compliance with DoD policy and supporting accreditation authorities.
