About The Position
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for performing clerical and physical tasks in connection with cycle counting, storing parts, processing, shipping goods and receiving incoming shipments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent attendance and quality of work record
- Must be fork truck certified
- Working understanding of basic math
- Able to read tape measure
Responsibilities
- Receive goods and materials in SAP system
- Prepare items for shipment in SAP system
- Issue purchase orders to the Supply Chain team
- Deliver parts and materials to factory floor and other designated areas
- Cycle Counting
- Receive and distribute parts from parts cage
- Maintains clean and orderly work area
