About The Position

If you're motivated, organized, and ready to grow in a fast-expanding segment of the HVAC industry, this role is for you. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation. Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, proposals, and equipment procurement. Monitor project progress to maintain quality, cost, and safety standards. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and increase project efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction project coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling tools, and budgeting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience
