Requirements
- Currently possess a two (2) year associates degree in a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology maintenance field OR be within 6 months of obtaining an Associate degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology (HVAC) maintenance field OR Possess a one-year technical diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology (HVAC) maintenance field
- Two (2) or more years HVAC maintenance experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology maintenance field.
- Ability to handle a variety of refrigerants and obtain necessary EPA Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
- Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting
- Completion of a job-related readiness assessment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- HVAC in a private, public, government or military environment experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing process controls and facility support equipment, including PLCS, AC/DC drives and motors, HVAC controls and pneumatic/electric devices
- Universal Refrigeration Certifications

Responsibilities
- Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
- Troubleshoot, repair and service HVAC, utility and process support equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boilers, steam systems, pumps, refrigeration, controls and piping
- Recommend equipment improvements to optimize performance and efficiency
- Create a positive, inclusive work environment
- Document completed work in an electronic logbook.
- Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
