About The Position

The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. This includes troubleshooting various residential systems, diagnosing repair options, and conducting safety and performance tests. Technicians will also check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service, which includes collecting payments, providing detailed information about home systems and situations, and maintaining truck inventory. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after service is also a key responsibility.

Requirements
