Requirements

Valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of licensed driving experience
Clean DMV driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy meeting new people and building rapport quickly
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Grit, determination, and a strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide training and mentorship to new technicians.
Develop skills in a valuable trade.

Be coachable and eager to learn.
Participate in EPA and NATE training and testing.
Utilize provided tools and equipment, company vehicle, gas card, iPad, and iPhone.
