About The Position

Duncan Supply Company, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Territory Manager for its Champaign, IL location. This family-owned organization is an industry leader in distributing refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and food service equipment and supplies. The HVAC Territory Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships to generate sales, educating customers on products and programs, and identifying new account opportunities. The role requires expanding market share, working effectively in a team, and demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and professional skills.

Requirements

US work authorization
Valid Driver license with safe driving record
Ability to expand market share in assigned market
Works well in a team environment
Communicates well both verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills

Able to develop a working understanding of products and programs offered by Duncan Supply and vendors
Ability to build positive relationships with customers
