About The Position

Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a motivated HVAC Technician to join their team. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and benefits effective on the first day. Trademasters provides comprehensive facility operations management, maintenance, and repair services for government buildings, commercial properties, and residential clients, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems.

Requirements

• Four (4) years+ relatable HVAC experience in residential, commercial and government environments
• Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment
• OSHA 10 & EPA certificate
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and on-going random checks
• Pass pre-employment background check & ability to access and work on secured federal sites
• High standard of professionalism, work ethics and integrity
• Strong work knowledge of job safety and ability to complete safety compliance requirements
• Excellent customer service, ability to explain situations and work satisfactorily with customers and co-workers
• Motivated, willingness to learn and grow knowledge base, both professionally and technologically
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Nice To Haves

• NATE, Journey or Master licenses is highly preferred
