Horn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for their Exton, PA location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
EPA – Universal Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
2-5 years of HVAC Experience

Responsibilities

Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company’s image.
Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving practices and no mobile device usage while operating vehicles.
Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate.
