About The Position
Biz Hire.com is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their client's team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a salary range of $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. The company has been in business for over 20 years, providing high-quality employees to top-tier employers in the HVAC industry for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating with customers to explain repairs and answer any questions
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines
