About The Position

Regency Oaks is an upscale senior living community looking for a hospitality-focused HVAC Technician. This role will facilitate and provide support for HVAC needs within the community. The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, a proactive communicator, and experienced in training and developing staff. We are committed to delivering resident-centered care and high-quality hospitality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel, or similar work.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and preventative service experience.
• EPA universal certification.
• HVAC Certified.
• Ability to use a ticketing system.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
• Demonstrate detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Good visual and hearing acuity required.
• Good verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities
