About The Position

This role involves diagnosing and repairing various commercial HVAC equipment, performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting performance tests, interacting with clients, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of all activities.

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair commercial RTU’s, MUA’s, and Boilers.
• Proficiency in inspecting and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• Skill in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Ability to conduct performance tests and inspections.
• Customer service skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all brands of commercial RTU’s, MUA’s and Boilers quickly and efficiently.
• Regularly inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement when necessary to keep systems running smoothly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, effectively repair or replace faulty components and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
• Conduct performance tests and inspections to identify any inefficiencies or malfunctions. Adjust settings and calibrate controls to achieve optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns or questions they may have. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each task.
