This isn't your average maintenance gig. At The HOW Group, you won't just fix things when they break—you’ll be the ultimate guardian of our building portfolio’s comfort and safety. You’ll own the scheduling, budgeting, and execution of our entire preventative maintenance program. It’s about taking extreme ownership and making a real difference in our residents' lives.
Requirements
- You hold an EPA Universal Certification (or can get it in 90 days).
- Proven hands-on mechanical and maintenance experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Reliable personal transit.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation units (especially heat pumps and mini-splits) with surgical precision.
- Lead the scheduling and mapping of preventative maintenance tasks, tracking time and materials like a pro.
- Develop building-specific maintenance budgets and plan work orders ahead of time.
- Partner with our porters and tenants, keeping everyone smiling with fast, proactive updates.
- Follow all protocols while crushing it in the field (handling heavy lifting and multi-floor scaling with ease).
