This role involves performing onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting company products and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters.
  • Valid Gas Fitter Two License.
  • Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
  • Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite installations, service, and repairs in residential homes.
  • Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
  • Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.
  • Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options.
  • Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
  • Promote our products and services on every call.
  • Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home.
  • Request online reviews from customers.
  • Contribute to high standards of health and safety.
  • Lead generation and CPP enrolments.
  • Installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.
