HVAC Technician Partner - Equity Ownership - Fresno Clovis
About The Position
Infinite Home Solutions is seeking an exceptional HVAC technician to partner in launching and running a dedicated HVAC operation. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced technician to gain equity ownership in a new HVAC business without the burden of startup costs, licensing, or marketing. The company provides the financing, licensing, marketing, and customer base, while the partner brings trade expertise and the drive to build the business. The role involves running jobs end-to-end, building recurring business, and eventually hiring and leading a team. Compensation is per completed job, with income growing through job completion and ownership stake.
Requirements
- Fully trained HVAC technician with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong in both residential and commercial HVAC; commercial experience strongly preferred.
- EPA 608 certified (Universal preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Based in or near the Fresno/Clovis area.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Run jobs end to end: diagnosis, install, service, and repair without supervision.
- Act as the face of the trade: talking to customers, quoting work, and standing behind your craft.
- Help build the department from the ground up: establishing systems, standards, and eventually a team.
- Build recurring books of business (maintenance agreements, commercial accounts).
- Hire and lead technicians under you as the department scales.
