HVAC Technician - Maintenance
About The Position
This role involves performing residential HVAC maintenance for Peaden's membership clients, including tasks such as filter changes, coil cleanings, and performance checks. The technician will be a key point of contact for members, requiring clear and kind communication with dispatch, management, and customers. The goal is to provide friendly, respectful service that encourages member renewals. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized work van, accurately documenting all work performed, identifying potential system issues, and representing the Peaden brand professionally.
Requirements
- HVAC techs with basic experience or hard workers ready to learn
- EPA certification preferred, but not required
- Enjoy working with people and can explain things in simple terms
- Dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a winning team
- Want full-time hours with a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule
- Live within 30 miles of Fort Walton Beach, FL
- Safe Driving Record Required
- At least three years of U.S. driving experience
- No major violations in the past three years (e.g., DUIs, reckless driving, license suspensions)
- A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents
Responsibilities

- Communicate clearly and kindly with dispatch, your manager, and customers
- Provide friendly, respectful service that keeps members renewing year after year
- Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized
- Document all work performed accurately and professionally
- Spot potential system issues and share your findings with the team
- Represent the Peaden brand with pride and professionalism
