About The Position

As a member of the Engineering Team, this role will repair, replacement, operation and new installation of all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and related equipment. Requirements

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five+ years' experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration field; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain Mechanic 4 HVAC Service Technician license and Universal EPA refrigeration handling certification.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Repair, replace, install and operate all HVAC/R equipment.
Locate and analyze problems pertaining to all HVAC/R equipment and controls.
Understand the Building Automation System to be able to analyze problems and make minor adjustments.
Determine proper procedure for solution to problems and report to supervisor.
Utilize trade tools, instruments, detection and diagnostic equipment.
Read and comprehend blue prints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals and the Building Automation System.
Perform water treatment of necessary HVAC/R systems.
Document all work performed and parts used.
Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Comply with all hotel policies including safety and environmental.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
